Due to the overlap with Tucker Carlson Tonight's time slot, Fox News opted to show Tucker Carlson's reactions live in a picture-in-picture format while Biden’s speech was ongoing. Carlson maintained a notably puzzled and bewildered expression throughout. Immediately after the broadcast, a post on Twitter (now X) by @MattLaslo highlighted Carlson’s reactions. Later the same day, Daily Caller shared a clip that also captured these moments.[1]
