The photo is titled "Disloyal man with his girlfriend looking at another girl". The meme gained popularity following several caption variations. The earliest known captioned version of the photo appeared on a Turkish Facebook group but with an unknown exact date. Later, on January 30th, 2017, a rendition labeling the figures as musical genres was shared by the Facebook page Prog Düşmanlarına Verilen Müthiş Cevaplar, depicting the man as Phil Collins admiring pop music while prog music looks on disapprovingly. This creative reinterpretation was reportedly inspired by earlier memes from the political meme page 'Siyasettin,' also dating back to January 30th, 2017.[1]
